You may have seen a discussion on the 2nd July on BBC One, about a family with two young boys who are High Risk and Shielding from COVID-19.
The family struggled when restrictions were reduced because members of the public were not respecting the 2 metre social distancing measures.
This led Nina Peters from Newquay in Cornwall to design a “Shield Us” logo which can be worn to allow the public to identify her family as high risk.
We’ve never done this before but feel this is one of the reasons we are all on this page together. We are asking members to support this family in having their Shield Us logo recognised and distributed by Central Government. You will find the link to their petition below.
