Show your COVID-19 Vaccination Status using the NHS app – From 17 May 2021
Demonstrating your COVID-19 vaccination status allows you to show others that you’ve had a full course of the COVID-19 vaccine when travelling abroad to some countries or territories. A full course is currently 2 doses of any approved vaccine.

According to the GOV.UK website (linked to above), the service on the NHS App will go live on Monday 17 May. I have noticed that my vaccination details are already showing on 15th May.
You will need to have the NHS App installed on your mobile phone or tablet and have registered using the app.
Please note that your GP surgery cannot provide proof of your vaccination status.

You can download the app from the Google Play store for Android devices and from the App Store for IOS devices.
